
Michael Coupland, RPsych, announced his upcoming departure from Ascellus effective April 30, 2021. He is the founder and network medical director of Integrated Medical Case Solutions (Ascellus), a national network of over 1,500 behavioral health professionals providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for chronic pain and trauma to the workers’ compensation industry. Michael is an expert in Chronic Pain, PTSD, Functional Evaluation, Causality of Psychological Claims and Symptom Magnification.
Coupland’s exit from an operational role at Ascellus completes a several-year transition plan, including the strategic cultivation of a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
